Nothing Changes

But we often forget that when we "can't" have or do something, we're really just not tapping into our resourcefulness. Amen! So where the heck do I start?


Maybe you've made the commitment to start a fitness regimen before. You signed up at a gym (because that's what you're supposed to do, right?), threw out the sweets in your house, went all in for maybe 2 weeks... then what?

Life happened. You got busy. Old habits crept back in. You kept pushing off workouts that never got done. You got comfortable. You justified. "I don't look terrible, I'm fine."

Staying the same leads to a literal loss of life, serious health consequences, and spiraling self esteem (which translates directly into your relationships, professional income, and quality of life).

I get it. It's hard adding another challenging task into your already busy life. I'm sure it's the last thing you feel like doing... But diamonds are made under pressure. And you are a diamond!
