Hey, I'm Danielle!
Founder of Train Like A Gymnast, fitness model, certified personal trainer, and former competitive gymnast myself. I help former athletes get stronger, more flexible, more functional, and in touch with their mental and emotional intelligence. Even if you don't have an athletic background, I can help you find your inner athlete who strives to be their best self.
What does that mean?
It means I can prove to you just what a superhero you are.

That's why I created Train Like A Gymnast – so you'll have the ability to get stronger and more flexible on your own. Then, when you go to the gym or one of our events, you'll have unparalleled confidence in your abilities.
Wouldn't it be nice if you could learn gymnastics even if you were never a gymnast?!
Wouldn't it be nice if you had zero fear of failing?
Wouldn't it be nice if all the hard work you put in paid off faster?
Wouldn't it be nice if you could meet the better version of yourself?

Instead of believing you can't do something because you've never tried it, why not believe that you CAN do something if you went for it?
I've worked with hundreds of people in hands-on scenarios, and fear is such a huge barrier for peoples' success. Young and old. When I work with adults, I notice I am speaking to their inner child who is afraid.
We base what we think we can do on what we've done in the past.
But to level up, we must do something we've never done before.

Can you be ballsy for just one day? Can you give it a try? If you never try, you'll never what you can do. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think you want to live a life of regrets. I know I don't. And if you could live your life knowing you're capable of doing the seemingly impossible, versus never knowing what could have been, that can shift your whole perspective about this world.
You're not too old.
You're not too big. You're not too small.
You're not too inflexible.
You're not too weak.
And the fact that you're still reading tells me that you really want to feel like yourself again.
