Retreats can be anywhere from 5 days to 10 days depending on the location.

Gymnastics/Calisthenics Training, All Breakfasts & Dinners, Mindset Workshops, Skill-Based Workshops, Group Excursions, Housekeeping/Laundry, Villa Accommodations, Sponsor Product, Swag Bags, Photographer/Videographer, Private Auto Transportation

Not Included: Airfare, Lunches, Travel Insurance, Souvenirs, Extras During Free Time

Depending on the season and destination, retreats can be extremely intimate with as few as 5 retreaters, or more of a small group around 14. We keep retreats intentionally small to increase the value of your experience.
