By investing in this one thing, you'll learn how to limit burnout. The intention for starting this program came from seeing so many lives transformed from our personal development coaching over the past few years. We know the holiday season can be extra stressful for our community. We wanted to reach out our hand and use the buddy system to lead you through the chaos so you come out on the other side having new positive memories – not just getting through this time of year.
It gets dark at 5PM, the last thing you want to do is go to the gym, you rethink every financial decision because you're simultaneously budgeting for holiday travel, gifts, and snagging your own Black Friday or Cyber Monday deals (if you participate).
Our Three Goals:
Eliminate Burnout
Whether it be financial, work, familial, relationship, or schedule related, we will develop a plan fit for you to eliminate anything in your life that is not absolutely essential.
Stay In Motion
It's important to not neglect your physical movement when it gets darker earlier, travel picks up, and overwhelm is everywhere. You will have scheduled workouts to complete during this program so that your body and mind stay aligned.
Rediscover Your Authentic Self
Who were you before the world told you what you should and shouldn't be? Expect to return to your true self so you can focus on staying in the present moment this holiday season.
